You can create several new service requests to your operations team with the built-in support management system. The service request is divided into three categories of ITIL standards Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Request.

This page displays high-level ticket stats in the form of graphs with a list of tickets below the graphs. The list also contains information such as Acknowledge time and Resolve time, which are important for SLA.

One click on the ticket ID will display a detailed ticket page where the ticket parameters such as priority can be modified. Comments can also be added from this page.
